NCSC Assured. Independently verified. Built for businesses that can’t afford to get it wrong.
Cyber threats aren’t going away — and the businesses that get hit hardest are the ones that assumed it wouldn’t happen to them. We Do Your IT Support is one of a small number of UK managed service providers to hold NCSC Assured Service Provider status, assessed by GCHQ’s National Cyber Security Centre. Our cyber security packages are built for small and medium-sized businesses that want proper protection — not a checkbox exercise.

Our security packs are designed to work alongside your IT support contract — building on your existing foundation with the specific protections your business needs. From core device security through to advanced cloud protection and full Cyber Essentials support, there’s a pack for every level of risk and every stage of your security journey.
Cyber Essentials is the UK government’s baseline for cyber security — and for good reason. The Core pack gives your business the training, the phishing simulations, and the written policies to meet the scheme’s requirements and protect your team from the most common attacks.
Key Features
The Complete Cyber Essentials Pack is what we recommend to every client. It addresses the two biggest human-factor risks in one bundle: being tricked by phishing, and using weak or reused passwords. Training plus a best-in-class password manager, at one per-user price.
Key Features
The Core Device Security Pack is the ‘do not get ransomwared’ starter bundle. It keeps devices patched, scans for vulnerabilities, protects with next-generation AV, and removes the hidden risk of staff running with full admin rights — all automatically, all in one pack.
Key Features
Complete moves from ‘detect and respond’ to ‘prevent and control’. The full ThreatLocker suite means only approved software can run, approved apps can only do what they’re supposed to, data can’t leave via unauthorised routes, and anomalies are surfaced for investigation. This is what we recommend.
Key Features
Running on Microsoft 365 doesn’t mean your data is fully protected. Microsoft looks after the platform — data loss, account compromise, accidental deletion, and SaaS posture are your responsibility. The Core Cloud Security Pack addresses this with baseline M365 monitoring and independent backup.
Key Features
Email is the number one attack vector. The Complete Cloud Security Pack adds Avanan’s inline AI email security and 24/7 human incident response to the Core pack’s monitoring and backup — giving you the coverage businesses handling client data, finances, or sensitive information genuinely need.
Key Features
Cyber Essentials certification is increasingly required for government contracts, public sector supply chains, and regulated industries. As a certified Cyber Advisor, we’ll assess your current position, guide you through the controls you need, and support you through the certification process.
There are two tiers — and the difference matters.
Cyber attacks on small businesses are more common than most people think — and the consequences go well beyond a lost file or a slow morning. Data breaches, ransomware, and phishing attacks cost businesses time, money, and reputation. The right protection, properly implemented, stops the vast majority of attacks before they start.Cyber attacks on small businesses are more common than most people think — and the consequences go well beyond a lost file or a slow morning. Our security packs are built around the controls that make the biggest difference: endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication, patch management, identity threat detection, and 24/7 endpoint detection and response monitoring. Every tool is chosen and managed by an NCSC Assured Service Provider — not selected from a catalogue and left to run itself.
Our security packs are available to all We Do Your IT Support contract clients — whether you’re already with us or just getting started. We offer a range of ready-made security packs that work straight out of the box, and we can tailor them to your business if your needs are more specific.
When you come on board, we’ll have a proper conversation about your business, what you’re running, and what your risk looks like — so your support contract and security pack work together in the way that’s right for you.

Common questions
Yes — IT support and cyber security serve different purposes. IT support keeps your systems running. Cyber security keeps them protected. Our packages combine both, but cyber security controls need to be specifically designed and maintained to be effective.
Cyber Essentials is self-assessed. Cyber Essentials Plus is independently audited — an external assessor tests your controls in practice. We hold CE+ ourselves, and we can help your business achieve it too.
Yes — Cyber Essentials is a requirement for many government and public sector contracts, and is increasingly expected in regulated supply chains. If you’re working towards a contract that requires it, get in touch and we’ll tell you what’s involved.
We don’t work to rigid SLAs — we prioritise based on impact. A live security incident goes straight to the top. Every issue is triaged in our system so the most critical threats are always dealt with first and fast.
It means our team is monitoring your devices around the clock — not just during office hours. If a threat is detected on one of your machines at 2am on a Sunday, we know about it and we act on it.
IT support keeps your systems running. Cyber security keeps them protected. Our packs combine both — but the security controls need to be specifically designed and actively maintained to be effective. A good IT support contract without proper security is a business waiting for a problem.
There is nothing more annoying than an IT glitch that stops you working efficiently. However, knowing you have access to immediate attention to the glitch and a solution to it, is very reassuring and that is provided by We Do Your IT. We have so appreciated the availability and response given by the team at We Do Your IT, enabling us to remain a productive firm.
