Whether you’re a one-person operation or a growing business with a full team, we’re here to help. Get in touch and let’s talk about what we can do for you.

Your AI policy template is on its way

We have sent it to the address you gave us, and it should arrive within a couple of minutes. If it does not, check your junk folder, or download it straight from here.

What to do next

Open the Word file rather than the PDF. The PDF is only there so you can see what you are getting. Everything you need to change is marked in blue, and the first two pages tell you exactly what to replace.

Budget 30 to 45 minutes. Most of that is not typing. It is three decisions only you can make: which AI tools are actually approved where you work, who owns the policy, and whether the Microsoft 365 sensitivity labels section applies to you at all. The first two pages walk you through each one.

When you are done, delete the guidance pages at the front and the last page, then change the fonts and colours to your own.

One thing worth knowing before you circulate it

A policy tells your staff what not to do. It cannot stop them, and it does not change what Microsoft Copilot can already see. Copilot shows every person everything they already have permission to open, so an over shared payroll or HR folder becomes a company wide search result on the day it is switched on. No policy prevents that. Permissions do.

Or let someone look for you

You are welcome to talk it through. Half an hour on a call with Adam Gillett. Adam will talk you through how we approach AI data security, what we would put in place and why, and what we would be watching for in a business like yours. No charge and no expectation that you buy anything.
